Booking Policy

Check in time is from 2:00pm
Check out time is by 10.00am

Early check in and late check in / out are available for purchase on a per room basis and this has to be arranged prior to your arrival.

This hotel operates on a strictly self check in service whereby the guest will require to use their mobile smart phone in order to gain entry to the hotel and to their designated room. Upon reservation you will be sent instructions on exactly how to use this service. This service has been designed to ensure a smooth, hassle free check in service for our guests. With this service we operate a very limited reception opening time from 9.00am to 2.00pm on a daily basis.

A debit / credit card is required to confirm all reservations. We accept all major credit cards. If declined, booking will be cancelled.

Should you, for any reason, wish to cancel your booking, please advise us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days prior to the day of arrival. Should your cancellation be within the 14 days a charge equal to the full amount of the booking shall be charged to the provided credit card by Scotia Airport Hotel. Should we be advised prior to the 14 day cut off period, only the first nights stay shall be retained by Scotia Airport Hotel. This fee shall be retained to cover administration costs.

Should any, or all, guests not arrive on the booked date of arrival or a booking reduction (after arrival), Scotia Airport Hotel will charge for the full amount of the booking and no refund shall be given.

Any bookings made for Friday and/or Saturday are non-refundable and this overrides the 14 day cancellation policy.

All areas within Scotia Airport Hotel are designated No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. We operate a strict no smoking policy. Smoking, in any area of the hotel, is a serious criminal offence and will be treated as such, possibly resulting in the eviction of anyone breaking this regulation. If a guest smokes in their room a charge of £100 per room will be made to their credit/debit card in order to fumigate the room(s).

Any damage / loss of the hotel property will also be charged at your checkout time.
